Hi, my name is Kathy, and I’m the office manager for Priebe Orthodontics. I’ve been with Dr. Priebe since 2003 when he began his practice here. I have a great job! I get to work with many people on our team that I have known for years and really are more like family than coworkers. In fact, one of the team members is my youngest daughter, Jamie. I also love that the practice of orthodontics allows us to build a relationship with our patients while giving them a great smile, confidence, and overall, improving their oral health.
I was born in Wisconsin and came to Alaska with my parents. I graduated from East High and attended the University of Alaska Anchorage dental assisting program. Being in need of orthodontics myself, I became very interested in the specialty of orthodontics and took a position in an office where I was both assistant and receptionist. I have remained in orthodontics for 38 years. I have four grown children and nine grandchildren. I love being a grandmother!
I have worked for Dr. Priebe since 2005 in our Anchorage office and on occasion, I travel to work in the Soldotna office. I have been working in an Orthodontic office ever since I was a teenager.
I was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. I have four fabulous children, three girls, one boy, and a few too many animals. I have never been so happy to work somewhere. I love my job, working with my mom, and our wonderful patients.
My name is Christina, but everyone calls me Chris. I have worked for Dr. Priebe in his Soldotna office since 2003. I graduated from the dental assisting program at UAA where I discovered my love for orthodontics. I worked as a technician for 12 years and now I do a little bit of everything, but I’m mainly stationed at the front desk. My 12 years at Priebe Orthodontics has brought me closer to the small knit community of the Kenai Peninsula, and I have made many new friendships while helping children and adults achieve confidence through their beautiful new smiles.
My husband and I chose the Kenai Peninsula to raise our three sons. We love the outdoors and enjoy camping, hiking, hunting and fishing. I love gardening and spending time on our small hobby farm with our dairy goats, chickens, quail, a few too many dogs and one sweet barn kitty.
Treatment Coordinator/Orthodontic Technician
I have worked for Dr. Priebe for about three years now and absolutely love it. I have been working in the orthodontic field since 2007 and couldn’t imagine doing anything else! Being a part of helping create beautiful and healthy smiles is the greatest job ever.
I was born and raised in North Pole Alaska and moved to Anchorage in May 2013. I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband Robert and our doodles Rico and Lily.
I am the newest member to the team. I have been assisting since 2010. I first started off in a General Dental office and made my way into Orthodontics and absolutely loving it! I was born and raised in the Island of Guam, moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2009 and recently moved to Anchorage in April 2014. I enjoy spending time with my husband Tim and our dogs, Mojo, Dodger, and Mika.
I have worked for Dr. Priebe in the Soldotna office for two years now. My favorite thing as an orthodontist assistant is seeing the before and after results and having the patient leave with self-confidence and a great smile. I also enjoy assisting the doctor and learning new things. This is the first job that I’ve had that it feels like a family rather than co-workers.
I was born and raised in Soldotna, Alaska. I am a wife and a new mom to my wonderful little boy. I enjoy vacations and anything outdoors. I love that my job is flexible because I love spending all my spare time with my husband and kid. It has been a great experience to work here and to find something that is always keeping me on my toes and teaching me new things.
I have worked for Dr. Priebe in the Soldotna office for about six months now and I really love my job. I work with a great team and our office is so upbeat. I worked in General Dentistry years ago, then in Education, so coming back into dentistry has been very exciting for me. I really enjoy learning new things in Orthodontics and being part of the process our patients experience to obtaining a perfect smile! Working here is so rewarding!
I am a wife and a mother of three girls and a baby boy. I enjoy spending time with my active family mountain biking, rock and ice climbing and trail running.
